Well for starters you can test yourself for pyroluria it can be done through urine there is a few places online for about $55.00 you do it and send it back in. I would get a quality hair test done that checks a bunch of minerals. That way you can see if you can see the overload in your hair,I could not but I'd guarantee I have it. The name of the book is "Why am I always so tired?" In the book she also says that Candida/yeast infections can be caused by copper overload. You see copper overload is as much as a unavailability as a toxicity when it gets stored deeply during/after AF. Lastly I would liver flush, sounds like a bunch of crap sometimes but it does do something, and if you have a copper overload MOST of it is going to be in your liver, alot in your brain also. Fatigue is caused by the liver problem from the excess copper. What exactly are your symptoms?
