Yes, I saw that about alcoholics, that's why I was surprosed AA didn't embrace the chance to get better so easily. I think they've given up on simple answers.

Where do you get a zinc taste test and how much is it? I'm taking a natural zinc but it's only 22.5mg
Have you felt better after 3 months of taking 100mg zinc? How much B6? Do they have to be special kinds? Do you take omega 6 also? I think that's just regular veg oil, so we can have potato chips and fries??? ;-))
