You may want to do some reading on the "Vitamin" known as "PABA," with the understanding that there is probably more gray area around this vitamin than any other. Some have been helped by it greatly, others get sick. Your specific complaints may be in line with something or the other relating to benzoic acid . Inositol would be another possibility. Always remember that "Less is best" with most supplement doses.
