Hi everyone, I'm new to this board and looking for hope. I'm 28 and I have multiple food allergies and I have had eczema all my life. Recently I had a really bad flare up and visted an allergist and dermatologist and I am kinda feeling down about it. The allergist prescribed Prednisone for a week and tells me I will have to take Zyrtec and Elidil for the rest of my life!!! The dermatologist told me my condition will never go away and wanted to give me more cortizone.

I am at a place in my life where I am ready to do whatever it takes to take control of my health and take it to the next level of wellness. I have tried juice fasting in the past - but it didn't clear up the eczema. I just read Dr. Perricone's book "The Wrinkle Cure" hoping that maybe the secret was in feeding my body an anti-inflammitory diet and taking supplements that support skin health.... I am planning to do another yearly fast next week and may also try a kidney & liver flush. Has anyone ever had success with this therapy regarding eczema? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks so much in advance for your help and wisdom.
