Hi,

I've struggled with Adrenal issues for many years (with many complicating factors such as liver problems) and I've experienced many "crashes" from which I've slowly worked my way back.

A few days ago, I had a HUGE crash and have been pretty much bedridden since then.

My question is..... when I'm really weak (like now) I've always noticed problems breathing.... like there is a weight on my chest and it's hard to breathe. This goes away as I get stronger. THIS time however, the breathing trouble is so bad that it makes it really hard to sleep. I'll sleep a little while and then my body will wake me up panicking and gasping for breath. As you can imagine, it's pretty hard to regain my strength when I can't sleep decently.

Has anyone experienced this and/or have any ideas for how to help my breathing?
