Yes I know the Sugar test is the least harmful, thanks for the advice.
I still have not decided but I really hate taking things I think are a waste of time.
If I had gestational diabetis I would treat it with herbs, I do not believe in mainstream reasons and cures for diabetes. Its not something I fear right now!
But I do need to cut sugars, and I know just having that glucose with the preservatives arent good for me!
