HI there

Just a few weeks ago I started taking the following every morning:

1000mg vit c sustained release
500mg Magnesium citrate
strong B5 (Pantotenic acid)
EPA w evening primrose oil (from vegetable sources)
Also take mild betacaroten with vit E

Herbal tincture made of licorice, sarsaparilla & ashwaganda (am not as regular with this as with the vits and minerals - I take this every now and then).
and- on suggestion of someone on this forum - Bezwecken IsoCort.

I now notice a definite improvement. I still have many of the symptoms but my fatique is nowhere near as bad and I am not as sensitive to cold. Still sweat at night occationally though (problems with maintaining homeostasis) and have other things but I think this is pretty encouraging for about 4 weeks of treatment.

I started with the vits and herbs first and had no immediate noticeable effect although it is likely that the vits and minerals build in time. I added IsoCort about 3 weeks ago (after serious contemplation and being persuaded by someone on this top website!) and have noticed definite improvement. I take 3 pellets w breakfast and 3 w lunch. I have also cut down coffee (tho I do indulge occationally), Sugar (which I dont crave as much anymore), bread.

I had a so called BEST testing done previously (measures the electrical conductivity of skin and compares values to database) and that detected deficiency in magnesium and EPA and also a hormonal profile via BEST which put me down as deficient in both adrenalin and testosterone - its a very quick and easy way to see if you are on the right track.

Good luck!
