Don't worry, I am glad it worked for you, everyone is different and what works for one may not work for another. I am just like you if I found something that worked for me I would want to tell everyone to try it! The main thing is that we share info and I know if I am ever going to get better it will be by listening to others who have been in the same boat. Shelly had adviced me to try the oxy bowel cleanse, the only thing is that I have suffered from diarrhoea for so long that the thought of taking something which may give me more diarrhoea when I am just starting to feel a bit better in this area puts me off it. I have been doing some enemas. Also I am taking herbs ,olive and lemon drink and chinese bitter, cos Shelly sugested that the full Liver Flush maybe a bit too much for me at the moment.
