If I were you I would try a bottle of each because they are very inexpensive. Thanks for mentioning the Black Currant because I see that it shows being effective for allergies, recurrent rhinopharyngitis and sinusitis. The reason I started using Briar Rose in the first place was for my allergies. It has definitely done the job and helped my adrenals at the same time but I may try the Black Currant also to see what effect it has. If you try these please post if they helped or not.
