Most say that Addison's disease, causes brown spots or black spots on skin, that would be too much cortisol (stress hormone).
Tan blotches are a sign of liver and kidney weakness. It says to take antioxidants. But the sensiblehealth.com co has great chinese strengthening herbs for the liver& kidney.
Also, White splotches are a vitamin deficiency. Says to take PABA, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, zinc

That makes sense, because I am deficient in vitamins. I don't take a a multi, and the ones in the past were not very good.
