I bought some zinc status from the vitamin shoppe. I just checked their website and they have it online.
I only used that liquid form to see if I needed zinc. I don't use that form now as a supplement because I find that capsules or tables are more economical.
So, if you really want to know if you are deficient I would also suggest that you try those lozengers. I think that you will know form if you taste them. The lozengers may still not be the best source, economically speaking, but perhaps a good 2nd choice to the zinc status if that's not available.
