I know, it's so weird how everything is inter-related. In the book she says that low zinc contributes to low adrenal and low adrenal contributes to low zinc. Which came first, the chicken or the egg. The same with hypoglycemia, which contributes to low adrenal and low adrenal contributes to hypoglycemia. They just keep compounding and making the situation worse. I agree with you the the key is finding a balance between cleansing and rebuilding. I feel like piece by piece I am learning how to properly care for my body, which is pretty cool. I like that. I wish I would have started when I was much younger, but oh well, better late than never.
