Thanks, Nobugs! I got that book last year, along with her book on perimenopause - Before The Change, which helped a lot with my pms. They were both EXCELLENT books!!

I'll get it out and reread it. I remember right in the middle of reading it I jumped up and checked my multivitamin and sure enough it had high copper in it! Yikes! I was doing it to myself!!

The problem is all those symptoms are also indicative of other things, it's hard to know where to start or how to pin it down. I guess like you said do all the cleanses and try to balance everything. It's a process for sure, but it's working!!
