this sounds like me . the doctor told me originally I had a thyroid issue now the specialist tells me my symptoms seem to point to an adrenal gland problem. During stress my adrenaline starts pumping & even after the situation is over, I am still shaking & nervous & heart feels like it will explode & then I crash & end up sleeping for 3 or more hours
