Has anyone else experienced severe anxiety, caused by adrenaline releasing, from any stressors?
My adrenals are very stressed. I was dianosed with adrenal fatigue 5 years ago. Now, I can't even exercise every day, but have to rest 2 days between exercising...as it is effecting my adrenals to much...causing excess adrenaline to be secreted, causing anxiety for 24-36 hours. I'm under a regime treatment from my naturopathic dr. of adrenal glandular, B-5, B-Complex, high C, licorice and diet.
