no dark your examples are out of whack. I'm talking about...lets say you work at IBM and you drive to and from work every day in your own car. Should they pay your health insurance? Car insurance? Homeowners insurance? Flood insurance? Life insurance?

You cherry picked your examples to where it might indeed make sense for a company to pay, for example, car insurance if their employees drive a company car.

But if you are hiring a maid to clean your house...say just some girl off the street. And you file a tax form on her...you want to pay all her different insurances...or other expenses?
