Dark, you are too smart for that. Where in the Constitution does it say that employers must provide health insurance? Our laws ARE supposed to jive with the Constitution, no? Besides, if companies are FORCED to purchase health insurance for their employees, what do you think their next move will be? ...tick tick tick


Bingo! Lower wages! It will be a wash because employers aren't stupid and they will simply lower payroll to accomodate such madness.
