I kinda hafta... erk... agree with you (shshshsh) on this one.

A law that targets a specific company or individual is wrong.

I don't know all the details, however. If WalMart is somehow abusing the Medicaid system or something, as suggested in the article, I could see wanting to curtail it, but that should be done by eliminating the loophole, not using a law targeted to MallWart.

Besides, anyone who's anyone knows that if you want a retail job and health insurance, you choose Starbucks, not WalMart.
