This is an interesting exchange fellas.

I wonder what it would look like if the shoe were on the other foot, if Bee-Ell-Za-Bubba had lost?

Would anyone suspect the Democrats of dirty tricks, undemocratic tactics, and voter/voting fraud? Not so much as when Republicans win....

From Nixon's famous watergate crime - which was about the election, spying on Democratic headquaters actually - and in every Republican win since, there has been evidence of fraud.
When Democrats win, the results are verifyable...As opposed to Republican wins where "nothing is verifyable", resistance to veracity coming from the Republican lawyers.

When Nixon was caught redhanded stealing elections, there was little said or done about it. In fact, our attention was diverted to the impeachment [I dont know how we could forget 'what the impeachement was about', but with the help of media we managed to do just that!!].

No talk of making the elctions more openly honest, no changes to areas of concern where votes could be rigged, not even after the debacle of 2000.
Some of this blame has to go to the Democrats. They have held power enough times since Nixon to make changes, and although they would need approval of the Senate, they have not shown any interest in creating 'justifyable' elections.

So we must asume they are both interested in having an election system that can be manipulated, with the judges and Electoral College getting the final say to select the leader that the Elites have selected. It seems to be fortold, and they likely play one party off of the other to keep control of them - "who will do our bidding well enough to be selected a second term?" - and the winner will do the most for the Elites.

Bush won a second term because he did everything they wanted, despite the great risks Bush ran of being exposed as a puppet... he must have even worried them with his flagrant abuses of power, but he got away with it and so they allowed Bush a second term.

These Elites are beind discussed as a reality now. WE know that this 'conspiratorial' idea is true, economists even talk of it.
They are too powerfull and rich to let anything happen to their wealth and position. The American elections are paramount to having 'their will be done'.

If the electorate were the ones deciding if the Pres. had done a good enough job for them, and they voted either for him or for change based on that, then things would be moving towards more of what is good for the average person who makes up the majority. But things are getting worse for them, they are poorer, in more fear, and doubting the future - and that would mean changing leaders. This is compelling evidence of manipulation, and control of the elections, by 'higher powers'.

So if Bush had lost? - the world would seem right. But the world seems messed up real bad. Americans are moving to Canada, and commiting suicide at the WTC area [on the news today], and even protesting the results in the streets - that never happened before. This shows the level of desperation of Democratic suppporters, an indication of election fraud. I dont think Republican supporters would be so angry if their leader lost this time, because they know he did not do the will of the people.

Karlin,
