I personally would avoid any detoxing during pregancy and the period after birth.

cleansing releases toxins and the baby might absorb them. I am not expert, please
use your own instincts.

the body tring to heal after childbirth so any added stress (of cleansing) might prolong the
process.

I had an herbablist tell me to avoid cleansing during your period too. Too much purging
all at once.
