I used to have bad allergies during spring, but now, if I lay off dairy products in the springtime, my Earthly allergies all but disappear. I think dairy is very mucous-causing and the pollens get trapped in that mucus and irritate us. Just my thought. I have three kids and didn't use dairy during any of their pregnancies so I wouldn't worry about that. My kids are healthy as am I.
