Don't take the allergy shots while pregnant or breast feeding.
I wouldn't get them even if I wasn't pregnant or breast feeding - but that is me.

There are plenty of natural things you can do to lessen your allergic symptoms, such as taking vitamin C and Bioflavinoids. Look for a powdered non-acidic vitamin C. If you can find it with the bioflavinoids added to the powder that would be ideal. If not, get a bioflavinoid complex in capsule form - that has lots of QUERCITIN

The Best Natural Supplements for Controlling Allergies
Vitamin C w/bioflavonoids Natural Antihistamine, adrenal function up to 5000mg daily, depending on bowel tolerance
Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) Adrenal function, defends against stress up to 1000mg, 2 or 3x daily
CoQ10 Immune booster, counters histamine 60mg, 3 or 4x daily
Vitamin A Anti-infammatory, immune system 10,000 IU, 2 or 3x daily
Vitamin B12 Reduces inflammatory response 1,000 mcg daily in morning
Pantethine Produces coenzyme A, stress 300 mg 3times daily w/meals

Look for natural source supplements - at any possible time try to get your supplements from food sources. If that isn't possible look for natural source supplements.

The last time I was breast feeding, when my son was close to a year I had a very bad allergic reaction.  To this day I don't know what I got into, but I suspect it was something outside in my garden as it was the middle of summer and I would have been up to my elbows in dirt and gardening.  Anyway I was covered in hives, huge hives and was horribly uncomfortable.  So I went to the doctor and got a shot of benedryl.  I would only reccomend benedryl (no other pharmaceutical) when pregnant or breastfeeding and ONLY if you are having a severe reaction.  IMHO in other circumstances there is a safer alternative method.

In the meantime, don't consume any dairy products or refined foods and sugar.  Those food products hinder the immune system and can make your allergies worse simply because your immune system isn't strong enough to fight them.

When you are finished breast feeding I would then reccomend you do some detoxing, cleansing and flushes to get your allergies under control or to cure them.
