I wouldn't have moved up to two capsules with that watery stools. I also recommend to anyone that I have use IF1 that they do not move up by one capsule daily - I have them move up every 3rd day.

I also prefer to start folks on Dr. Christopher's Cleanse Quick Colon if they do not have a severe constipation issue, http://superfood.andmuchmore.com/

Also make sure you are drinking one half of your body weight in ounces of water per day.
