Hi,

I bought both formula #1 and #2. I started taking #1 as per the dosage instructions but found that by the time I started to have bowl movements (2 per day), the BMs were semi-diahorretic. I continued taking the capsules (2 per day) for the next five days with no change to the consistency of my BMs. Of course at the end of 5 days, I was getting very run down energy-wise because of all the fluid I was losing.

I sent an email via Dr Shulze's site but as I read on the site, they are not legally able to dispense with advice.

So I decided to drop the dosage(to 1 capsule per day) to see if the situation would change but it didn't. So after 6 days of taking Dr Schulze's formula #1, I stopped altogether until I could either find some answers or worst scenario I would try to sell the capsules I had paid for (both #1 and #2).

So I am currently back to my usual 1 BM per day. (And the consistency has returned to how it was before starting the course).

Of course I don't just want to try the formula #2 just yet. I think I should get some answers first.

Any advice would be great.
