Putting eucalyptus in the room was a fantastic idea - it'll help. Just be consistant.

Since you are nursing him, nurse more frequently and on demand. There are wonderful things in breast milk that boosts the immune systems of babies.

The other thing you could do is up your intake of garlic, and the Antibiotic properties will pass through your milk to baby.

Colds pass on their own. Nothing helps but TLC and time. Even if you did give cold medicine it relieves symptoms, but draws out the cold longer.
