Hi Ev, Thanks so much for your response. I was taking sennacot even though i know senna is not recommended for pregnancy and can be habit forming, but i was desperate. So I'm glad to have found this gentler combination of herbs. I've had chronic constipation for the past 10+ years, but oddly enough with my last pregnancy by constipation went away, but not this time! I will be sure to keep the water intake up. I am about 24 weeks now, due end of March. Mary
