Hi - I am new to all of this and am basically about to start with Superfood, IF#1 and Echinaceato get the process going.


I read a bunch in the archives regarding the taste of Superfood so my plan, once I receive my order, is to expermient with different smoothie type things.

My question is: Is it ok to just drop in my Echinacea drops into my superfood smoothie or does it have to go in pure?
