I started on dr Shultzes intestinal formula #1 and I am up to 4 capsules a day but I do not see any changes In My bowel movement it even seems that when I used psylium I had better BW at the morning then now.Should I increase taking the capsules or maybe I should start taking them twice a day ,can I use psylium husks before bad together with the formula?Only thing which changed is that My bowels got softer and that would be it.What should I do ,any of you used his formula and if it is so good as he says it is?Thank you.
