It's a good sign! He's hungry! And he obviously enjoys your milk!
Babies are only babies for a short time, hold him - you can't spoil a child with love, just with materials. So as long as you don't get the two mixed up you'll be just fine!

There are two incisions, on that goes horizontal and one that goes vertical in the lower area just above the pubic bone. (I don't have personal experience though, just from what I have read)
