The 24 hour detox packet did indeed come from Dr. Schulze . He suggests you use it if you eat something that doesn't agree with you or if for some reason you feel that you need to neutrilize something on a one day basis. If you have a need to eat something such as fast food if you are in a time crunch and can't eat right it is to get the worst of it on through and out of you in a hurry.
