Thanks for the reply. I've had a hida test done and the findings were that the 5 minute ejection fraction was 18% with no improvement by 20 minutes. This is below the lower limit of normal. In the past I have also had numerous upper GI tests done and nothing shows up. They tell me my gallbladder is fine, (ya right). I've had severe constipation since my teens and I am now in my 40's. I believe I must also have Candida because I have excema on my feet and nowhere else. It has been on my feet for years and in the same spot. I am also experiencing weight gain which is very discouraging. I take digestive enzymes along with a lot of vitamins and minerals. I also drink a lot of water too.So I just don't understand what my problem is. I started taking Dr Schulz's intestinal formula 1 about 2 months ago and have been able to have at least one bowel movement a day. But I have noticed now it is more like diahrrea. I'm actually scared to keep taking the pills because of the gallbladder attack I had the other night. Is the apple juice cleanse something I could try and is it just as effective as the other one?
