I've had eczema for 50 years, and am always looking for treatments more natural and soothing than hydrocortisone,
benzocaine, and other itch relievers. Recently I tried hydrogen peroxide and it really helped. Just soak a wash cloth
with it and apply to affected areas. This is especially effective for larger areas. In my case my legs were itching from
top to bottom, with many little sores or infected pores. Next day ... mostly healed. I'll have to research this stuff
better; for now, all I know is that hydrogen peroxide is very inexpensive and it works! Are there any scientists of medical
people here who might know why and how it works?
