Hello all>>> I just joined and I would like to know if the Hulda Clark method or Dr. Schultz' method is preferable? Are they much different? I am overwhelmed with all the new info and it seems prudent to me to try a 7 day cleanse I saw a while ago on the net here. It is unfiltered apple juice and 2 tbs of olive oil for the first 6 days and then you wrap it up on day 7 with a 2/3 cup of oil and juice from grapefruit. This may seem like a more gentle way for me to ease into this adventure. I just had a stone removed via ERCP (down the throat) last Thursday and it has provided great restoration of health and relief, but I want to forego the gall bladder removal now seeing as it is operative and try to eliminate the stones instead. All feedback is welcome. thanks
