Is it ok to eat raw garlic while on the juicing part of the Liver Cleansing program or should i just add it to my juice?

Also, does one always have to take intestinal formula #2 while performing the liver cleansing? I want to complete an additional Liver Cleansing formula after I finish this 5 day Liver Cleansing formula. I am currently on my second round of the intestinal formula # 2, should I order another intestinal formula #2 for round 2 of my liver cleansing or would my colon already be clean from undergoing 10 days straight of intestinal formula #2?

Also, is it normal to feel worse as I progress further into my liver cleansing program? Today, I feel extremely weak all over. Has anyone else experienced this during a liver cleansing program?
