Thanks Tyler for the feedback!!

I checked that link you provided. Do you know when one can begin the cold sheet therapy? Are there any risks involved in doing this therapy? I once read that administering enemas without medical supervision is risky, as the pressure from the water can burst the colon. Does one perform the cold water therapy once a week?Wouldn't using an infrared sauna be just as effective as doing the cold water therapy?

So if I am understanding correctly, the cold water therapy would get rid of the toxins stored in other places in the body, in addition to the kidney, liver, and colon. If one only performs the liver, kidney, and colon cleanses, then toxins can still be stored in other areas of the body, correct?

Did your brother do any cleansing in order to feel better?

I will definitely advise this forum as to my progress. I completed my first hot/cold water therapy today. Next time I will complete this therapy before bed time,as it makes me sleepy, and more achey.

I was reading one of Dr. Christopher's articles, and one sentence caught my eye: "This sickness has been given as an education to teach us how to clean up a bad condition and then keep the body in such a condition there will be no occurrences." At least, I am learning while still young, that it's important to clean the body out from toxins. Why isn't this part of the annual phyisical exam at the GP's office? "Did you perform your annual detoxifications?" Many of us wouldn't be facing these health challenges if this were the case, and the doctors would be out of business-that's the sad truth. And big pharma would be out of business too. I know it's possible to recover from fibromyalgia, as i have met a few who have recovered from it, however, it does get frustrating when one doesn't even feel a 1% improvement in the ability to function. I'll just keep telling myself to be patient, and to persevere, as there is no other alternative to healing.
