Donna... there are lots of other good sources for selenium. I find this website helpful to eyeball the nutrients that are in the foods I'm eating...and to identify food sources for those nutrients I want to add to my nutrition. So, I'm passing this on...

My understanding is Selenium at +900mcg/day can inhibit fertility in young adults. There may be other cautions as well. So most supplements only contain 200 mcg's of selenium.

Please let us know what you find out about Vitalherbs. That's the same formula as SuperFood?
