OK, I'll contact the manufacturer & ask for a breakdown. Selenium's on my "must have" list. I'm as fond of brazil nuts as you are, it sounds like. :-P I'm running low on my multis, and am thinking of switching to Vitalerbs. I have to have high amts. of B vitamins, C, E, & selenium. I'm taking these things seperately now, in addition to the multis. I was just hoping to get enough selenium that I wouldn't have to eat those nuts. Funny how a person will tolerate all kinds of nasty stuff but not want to eat something simple. LOL
