Hi!

I am doing the Incurab;es program right now as well and you can always bounce questions off of me! It is my second round so I know it like Dr. Schulze 's shadow.

You do need a helper for the cold sheet treatment at first. Mostly because you will just get out and say forget it! I have done it now 6 or 7 times and could probably do it alone if I had everything set up.

I am really proud of you jumping in to it! Good for you. You will feel fantastic by the end. Just don't get discouraged and don't be surprised if you feel depressed, iritable and lousy some days. This is good....you are detoxing!
