Dear Foylefan-

Go for it! You will feel so much better at the end of your 30 days you'll know you are on the right track. I have done the IP myself. Go to page 23 of this forum to the message called "Newbie: There is No Cure" if you would like to read my experiences with the IP. I posted a daily journal here. Alternatively, all of my posts are in one place on the Muscular Dystrophy forum, beginning on page one.
