For years my husband has had high blood pressure. It got to the point where he would get dizzy while driving, and pull over, and pass out on the side of the road. He was about 62 then. He started taking a heart and circulation fromula, and drinking lots of garlic in tomato juice. This helped a lot, but not quite enough for him to renew his CDL.

For years I tried to get him to change his diet without success. He stopped the garlic, but kept on the blood pressure formula. His blood pressure slowly crept up again without the garlic, high enough that he was worried.

Then a friend of ours, about 10 years younger than my husband had a major heart attack, and went into the hopital for surgery. This was a wake up call for my husband!

He stopped eating all animal products, as well as all processed foods, and added some carrot juice and about 6 to 9 cloves of garlic to his diet daily, and kept up with the heart and circulation formula. He also did 2, 5 day liver flushes, and 2, 5 day kidney flushes.

His blood pressure started to come down right from the first week, as did his pulse. Now about 2 months later his blood pressure is normal, and his pulse is 70. He is 66. Not bad ;)

He has backed off on the garlic now, he takes about 3 cloves a day, but is still sticking to the diet, and the heart formula, and his blood pressure is saying down in the normal zone.

DIET IS THE KEY, but you need the garlic and heart formula too. Garlic thins the blood, (in a good way), oxigenates the blood, helps rid the body of excess cholesterol, and breaks up the plaque in the circulatory system.

The Liver Flushing is great to get the excess choleserol flushed out too.

Please remember to come off your meds VERY SLOWLY! Going off of B/P meds too fast can kill you!

I wish you the best with your healing,

KT
