On the Waterfast and IP:

I am NOT saying that this is wrong in anyway, but Dr. S. is very picky that you do his program if you want to get better in 30 days. Is a waterfast strick Dr. S.?

Also, Of course he does also say that you might need to repeate the program a "few" times.
