Hi KT,

3 weeks of a supervised water only fast. You have to be on bedrest the entire time, both menatally and physically. Then there is a 3 week rebuild program, so it is a total of 6 weeks.

I will be supervised by a doctor experienced in water fasting. He also says you need to get out of your environment to do it so I will be going to northern California near his office.
