Hi everyone! I thought I would update you on my progress. I am on my 27th day of the Incurables program and feel fantastic. I have been 100% on the juice fast. Amazing I do not even want to break the fast and eat. I did 5 cold sheet treatments, enemas every other day. I had bodywork done once a week. I have been doing hot and cold showers at least twice daily/ 7 x hot and cold. I have enlisted the help of a Breast Cancer coach who has been helping with emotional issues and I feel I have made great strides in that direction.

I have not worn make-up or nail polish in a month. Trying to wear only cotton or natural fibers AND have decided to make the new house I just bought toxin-free and all organic. No carpet or toxic paint. All organic cotton linens and towels for me and my children. I have also made a huge decision and that is to go 100% raw vegan until I am cancer free. I suspect I will never go back to cooked foods.

So, starting saturday I will take a week break and let my poor Mother go home to my Dad and we will do another 30 days of the Incurables program. We have decided to do it until the tumors are gone. I am doing my poltices but nothing has happened yet.

I feel there are still areas I could improve. Those areas are in my daily affirmations, more rebounding, more vigorous exercise (I am only walking on the beach now), walking barefoot in the grass and meditating twice daily. I feel now that I have mastered other areas of the program I can concentrate on these areas.

You have all been wonderful and a real help in my journey. The journey is not over but for the first time in a long time I am not frightened with what the future holds for me.
