Since this is the Schulze Forum I am going to suggest you consider his PMS solutions:

Organic Super Foods; Nerve Formula; Female Formula

My experience is women respond to different herbal formulas differently. But there are several that most women respond well with. I would try the above and start a calendar that you can annotate your experience and record if you have benefits or not.

If not, please repost and I certainly can give you alternative formulas to try.
