I am so sorry to hear what a rough week you had and all the folks around you had!

A couple questions to narrow solutions down:

1. How old are you?

2. Are you taking any perscription drugs?

If yes, what and how many
3. Have you had PMS all your life or did it start at a certain age? Describe the history of your PMS

4. Do you ALWAYS experience PMS each month?

5. Are you taking any herbs, tinctures, hormones or special supplements ? if so what and frequency

6. Have you tried any herbal formulas for PMS?
If so , what product by what company and what happened?


Thanks... this will help me narrow down some PMS solutions that might be effective for you.
