Thanks, So you believe I should continue on 7 - IF#1 after supper but increase IF#2 from 1 Capsule 5 times a day to 5 capsules 5 times a day? Is this safe? I want the cleanse and I'm sure I need one but I'm pretty new to this and need as much info as I can get. Thanks Again.
