You need to do the bowel cleanse. Instead of Schulze's bowel cleanse, try starting with Dr. Christopher's Lower Bowel Formula. It is more mild that Dr. Schulze 's IF#1.

Please try that, then come back and let us know how that works for you.

For people who have stomach cramps or diarrhea associated with using IF#1, I recommend Dr. C's Lower Bowel Formula, formerly called Fen-LB.
