Donna,

This is fantastic! Thanks so much for suggesting this. The sample recipies look like something I can actually make! I am SO not the cook in the family but my husband and I are so tired of eating the same "junk" all the time.

We really want to improve what we are eating but didn't know where to begin. This sounds like a great start in the right direction.

Thanks again for sharing!

P.S. Our thoughts and prayers continue with Liz and her family and we praying for a miracle to pull her back to good health.
