I, too, developed VERY itchy skin by the 4th day of this cleanse. I broke out with red itchy bumps all over my back. Looking back, I attribute this to massive toxins being stirred up and some of them found their way out through my skin. My intense itching continued until I release a ton of green chaff about 10 days later.

I cannot tell you whether or not to continue with this cleanse. Personally, I felt mostly great during the cleanse and thereafter. I have done so many cleanses that I am used to cleansing reactions.

Be sure your bowel is continuing to work well as you continue to cleanse.
