I just wanted to let every know that before November 2004, I hadn't had my period for about a year. For the past 10 years I had trouble with that. I'd have it for a month then i wouldn't get it for about 2,3, or 4 months. If I lost weight I'll sometimes get.

I began taking Superfood the last week of August 2004, but i only took it once a day because I really bought it for my father. Well, in November I had gotten my perion, also in December, and I have it now January 2005.

I now know I was malnourished for all those years, and I am receiving vitamins and minerals through Superfood. I also began taking Dr. Schulze 's Female Formula. I received it the day after I had gotten my period in November, so i know it's from Superfood.
